Sacred Invocations
"O Allah, You truly knew our Shaykh Al-Amine in his genuineness of prostration, so he was a pure servant. You opened the doors of Your mercy to him, and he was a grateful servant. You were pleased with him, and he was content, patiently basking in Your light. You adorned him with the garment of knowledge, making it a preordained destiny. O Allah, bless him with the prayers of the believing, secure, and joyful hearts. Place him among the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, a sight to behold. Grant him companionship with the remembers beneath Your throne, blissfully and eternally praising You. Seat him with those who love You for Your beauty, majesty, and perfection, united in praising and magnifying You. Clothe him in the radiance of Your lights, among the near angels, satisfied, pleasing, radiant, and accepted. Delight him with a view of Your dear countenance on the Day of Reckoning, remembering and thanking You. You are the All-Hearing, the Responsive to prayers."
Soulful Departure
With prayer beads in his hand, and his breath filled with the remembrance of Allah, on the day of reunion, he entrusted the trust to its rightful owner, the Beloved, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate Lord.
On a Friday, the 1st of Sha'ban in the year 1435 Hijri, which corresponds to the 30th of May 2014 CE, at 11:35 AM, in his home in the city of Tangier. He was content, satisfied, with a tranquil soul, obediently responding to his Lord's call, 'O content soul, return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing.' His pure body was buried at the tomb of his father, the Wali of Allah, Sheikh Sidi Abdullah, in the city of Al-Qasr Al-Kabir, on the following Saturday after the Asr (afternoon) prayer, in compliance with his will. May Allah bless his resting place and grant him peace, on the day he was born and the day he was chosen by the Most High Companion to be by His side, among the righteous. On the day when he is resurrected alive, carrying in his right hand a book filled with the virtues of his deeds. O Allah, envelop him with Your mercy and forgiveness, grant him abundant rewards, the greatest recompense, and unite us with him in complete faith. Admit us into the gardens of paradise, where the happy, trustworthy, and pious dwell. O Allah, You knew our trustworthy Sheikh's devotion well. He was a pure servant, and You opened the gates of Your mercy for him, and he was a grateful servant. You were pleased with him, and he was content, patiently basking in Your divine light. You adorned him with the robe of knowledge, a destiny predetermined by You. O Allah, bestow upon him the prayers of the faithful, secure and content, and joyful hearts. Place him among the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, as one who is witnessed. Keep him in the company of those who remember You beneath Your throne, in love, submission, and unity. And grant him a seat with those who love You for Your beauty, majesty, and perfection, as one who unifies in praise, thanks, and glory. Adorn him with the radiance of Your lights, among the close and content angels. Make him happy with a view of Your dear countenance on the Day of Meeting, remembering and praising You. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the Answerer of prayers."
