Let us contemplate some of his insightful quotes:
"Sacred reform"
Islam should not be confined within the walls of mosques or be locked between the pages of books on library shelves. Islam is action and progress.
"Glorified is He"
Glorified is He who bestows upon His servants without restriction or condition. Glorified is He who gives to them without price or compensation. Glorified is He who favors His servants without reward or recompense. Glorified is He who gives to His servants while He is free from need, and He is kind to them while He is sanctified from any desire. So, the bestowal of our Lord, may His glory be exalted, continues with His grace and kindness towards us, whether we obey or disobey, submit or reject, show gratitude for His blessings, or are ungrateful.
"Faith in God"
Faith in God is the key to guidance, the source of inspiration, and the path to benevolence. Faith in God, along with righteous deeds, is one of the strongest bonds between the servant and their Lord. When the servant calls upon their Lord, He responds, and when they seek His help in times of distress or hardship, He alleviates their sorrows and difficulties. There is no veil between them and their Lord, and no door between them and their beloved. They find guidance in darkness through His light and are nourished by fasting, standing in prayer, and giving to the needy through His mercy and approval. Obedience is their delight, remembrance is their companion, knowledge is their discourse, and God's approval is their ultimate aspiration.
"Remembrance of Allah"
Praise be to Allah, who has made His remembrance the remedy for hearts and souls, cleansing them from the daily accumulations and apparent and hidden afflictions. This leads His beloved ones onto the path of remembering Allah, crowning their nights with His promised paradise, and filling their hearts with His love and closeness in this world and on the day of reunion.
And the remembrance has three stations:
1. The remembrance of the station of Islam: The key to the path.
2. The remembrance of the station of faith: Empowering the heart with the love of God.
3. The remembrance of the station of excellence: Immersing the soul in the mysteries of the Oneness of Allah, the Exalted.
"Holding onto the Quran"
The Noble Quran is a mercy for humanity, no matter who he is, nourishment for hearts and souls, guidance for minds and intellects, and a light for visions and eyes. What a precise and eloquent book it is, a compelling miracle in its expression, convincing in its arguments for sinners and polytheists. Its secret is that it is the Mother of Books in its guidance and evidence. If a person seeks, it honors him, and if a person seeks its knowledge, it does not disappoint him.
"Prayer is the pillar of religion"
Indeed, prayer was ordained in the heavens on the night of the Isra and Mi'raj to elevate you from the realm of distance to the gardens of nearness with the righteous and the close ones. It is a gratitude to Allah for His blessings that are countless and immeasurable. It is the servant's private communion with their Lord. Hence, the humility of the heart and the stillness of the limbs, along with the contemplation of the greatness of Allah, is a cornerstone of the soundness of prayer. Prayer is not a mere physical exercise performed mechanically; it is a grace from Allah that draws the servant closer to themselves and to Allah, the Exalted.
Prayer is indeed the pillar of religion and one of the pillars of Islam. who observe it with dedication and sincerity is the successful, distinguished servants. Those who neglect it are the unfortunate losers. This emphasizes that abandoning prayer is a grave sin. Islam obligates it upon us in times of peace and war, in health and sickness. It is required whether water is available or not. Prayer is not waived under any circumstances for any Muslim or Muslimah as long as their mind is conscious and their body is capable. It must be performed in the manner and form prescribed by the Sharia and approved by it.
"The truthful Muslim"
The sincere Muslim does not advocate for what is forbidden or false, and he do not deter from doing good or speaking the truth. The sincere Muslim is not a glutton, a slanderer, or one who attacks others' honor, nor are they a talebearer. The sincere Muslim is not a traitor, a deceiver, a misleader, a usurper, an adulterer, a usurper, or an aggressor. The sincere Muslim is a noble king in the form of a human being.
"Youth”
Youth in society is its spirit, its flowing blood, and its continuous activity. It is the beating heart, the strong determination, and the model of sacrifice. On its shoulders lie responsibilities, and with its thoughts and knowledge, civilizations flourish. With its faith, ethics are upheld, and with its ambitions, freedom is secured, and the stature of the nation rises.
"Wisdom”
Wisdom is a precious treasure, a noble pursuit, and a lofty station, a praiseworthy position. Its path is through piety, righteous deeds, and a guided intellect, preserving the eternal divine law.
"Educating”
If Islamic societies paid more attention to the upbringing of our children, we would witness much in the way of sacrifice, dedication, progress, and civilization, for education is the remedy for hearts, the light of the inner selves, and the resurgence of redemption.
“Dignity”
The feeling of dignity and honor is the complete picture of achieving Islam and faith, relying on the One who alone holds in His hand benefit and harm, giving and withholding, life and death.
"Good Character”
Good character is your enhancement on the path to success. It is the adornment of a person and the ornament of heroes.
"Straightness “
Straightness means belief, righteousness, piety, guidance, sound creed, good words, and righteous intentions.
"Patience "
Neither the farmer reaps, nor the merchant profits, nor the craftsman gains fame, nor the student excels, nor the doctor outperforms, nor the benefactor succeeds except through the virtue of patience with contentment. Upon it, nations have built their glories and established their civilizations.""
"Sincerity "
Sincerity is the beauty of worship, the key to forgiveness and repentance, the ship of salvation, the ladder of success and prosperity. It is the beauty of the righteous and the truthful, the testament of the prophets and the messengers. Worship is not valid without it, and hope and expectation cannot be realized without it. How beautiful is faith when adorned with the fear of Allah, the Exalted. How beautiful is knowledge when adorned with action. How beautiful is action when sincerity is realized within it. How beautiful is sincerity when it is met with success and guidance from Allah, the Exalted..
"Righteous Deeds "
Righteous deeds are every action that repels harm from a person or their brother, brings good to them, or keeps evil away from their nation and humanity as a whole. It is the fruit of sincere faith and steadfast certainty. Every Muslim can worship their Lord in their profession or in any work they do, as long as they hold awe of Allah and offer their work sincerely to Him, perfecting it for the sake of Allah.
"Adversities "
Adversities always test men, create heroes, and build civilizations.
"The Happiness of Society "
You are the fathers of the orphan, the supporters of the oppressed, the helpers of the needy, and the advisors of the sinner. There should be no deception, no cheating, no defilement, no lying, no treachery, no malice, and no hatred among you. The happiness of society lies in compassion, love, respect for the young and the old, and the mercy of the elder toward the younger. The wealthy should not be arrogant due to their wealth, and the poor should not be demeaned for their poverty. No one should mock another. No one should exalt themselves over others based on their honor or lineage.
"Abandoning Injustice "
In this world, the unjust is anyone who is arrogant about its life, its adornments, its pleasures, and its desires, and all that it contains of its provisions, to the detriment of others.
